Semi

The Semi offering is for clients looking for smaller scale projects with big impact. Focusing on the SB team’s design and product selections, while clients manage project execution and secondary vendors, this service is exclusively available for complete room designs.

  • Ideal for projects requiring minimal construction 

  • In-person meetings and site visits will vary based on your location and scope of work

  • Includes floor plans, finish selections and initial vendor coordination

Our Approach

Our approach is integrated and optimized, so that you not only love your finished space, but feel heard and supported every step of the way.

  • We set the foundation for the project through an initial consultation and site assessment by defining the vision, goals and functional needs of the space and curate mood boards to establish alignment on the aesthetic direction.

  • Once the concept is approved, the design is refined into a comprehensive and actionable plan, including delivery of a detailed package outlining floor plans and elevations, material and finish selections, lighting plans, custom millwork and furniture design.

  • Working closely with builders and sub-contractors to successfully implement your design, the SB team will oversee timeline and budget, manage schedules, conduct inspections and address unforeseen challenges along the way. A scaled back version of construction management is included for Semi clients due to the nature of the project scope.

  • We manage all purchasing, logistics and deliveries so that the transition to installation is efficient and seamless. This includes sourcing and ordering all furnishings, lighting, fabrics and accessories, tracking shipping and warehouse storage, inspection and quality assurance, as well as resolving backorders or sourcing challenges.

  • At last, the design is brought to life with white-glove installation, styling and finishing touches to deliver a fully-realized space ready to be enjoyed. In addition to furniture placement, we see that decor, artwork and accessories are thoughtfully arranged. A walkthrough, final punch list and delivery of a care and maintenance guide  provides our clients with confidence in their space, ensuring it remains beautiful and functional for years to come.
