Led by founder and CEO Stephanie Bradshaw, whose perspective is shaped by a career in the creative industry and nearly two decades as an entrepreneur and business owner, our senior team brings a deeply informed perspective across hospitality, lifestyle, architecture, construction, retail and founder-led businesses.

CEO & Founder

Stephanie Bradshaw is the Founder & CEO of STEPHANIE BRADSHAW, a brand and creative consultancy working at the intersection of strategy, design, marketing and events. An entrepreneur, brand builder and creative leader, Stephanie draws on nearly two decades of experience in business ownership.

Since founding her company in 2008, Stephanie has guided its evolution from luxury events and interior design to a multidisciplinary practice focused on building distinctive brands and experiences. Her business acumen is grounded in a career spanning sales leadership, fundraising and development as well as entrepreneurship and strategic partnerships.

Stephanie’s creative work has been featured in House Beautiful, Southern Home, Florida Design, and Modern Luxury DC, among other leading publications. Beyond client engagements, she founded the Baltimore Design District, a networking organization connecting the region's design and creative community, and Ardor Collective, a women's supper club bringing founders and C-suite executives together through meaningful gatherings and conversation.

Shaped by years living abroad in Germany and South Korea, Stephanie brings a broad cultural perspective to her work, as well a love of fine art, vintage fashion and exploring the landscapes of the Mountain West.
