  • Timelines vary based on scope and complexity of the project. A single room design may take 3-4 months, while whole-home projects and renovations can take up to 6-12 months or more. At the project outset, our team will provide a detailed timeline so you can plan accordingly.

  • Yes! We offer virtual design services and are available to travel for select full-service projects nationwide as well as internationally.

  • We’re happy to incorporate meaningful heirlooms or investment pieces when they align with our overall vision for the space. We’ll evaluate which existing items work well and integrate them thoughtfully.

  • Absolutely. We frequently work alongside architects, builders and other professionals and believe that clear communication and synergy are essential to a successful project.

  • Yes. Our project manager oversees timelines, coordinates with vendors and contractors, manages logistics and ensures every detail runs smoothly—allowing our design team to focus on creative direction while keeping your project on schedule and on budget.

  • We source from an extensive network of trade-only vendors and skilled artisans from around the world. Our curated network provides access to unique, high-quality furnishings and materials that elevate your home.

  • We begin with a discovery call to learn more about your needs, share our process and determine if we are a good fit for your specific project. From there, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation and begin the exciting process of designing your space.

Semi Inquires

  • Our SEMI service is a streamlined option for clients with smaller-scale projects (1–3 rooms) who want expert design and curated selections but are comfortable managing some logistics and vendor coordination themselves. It’s ideal for projects with minimal construction where you still want a beautifully cohesive design.

  • Yes! In-person meetings and site visits will vary based on your location and scope of work.

SB Edit Inquires

  • The SB Edit is a great way to access expert design advice without committing to a design project. Consultations are held via Zoom. You’ll receive a link in advance and can use your time with CEO & Founder Stephanie Bradshaw however you’d like—asking questions and receiving tailored feedback and ideas.

  • To make the best use of your time, we recommend gathering photos of the space, a list of questions and any supporting materials such as inspirational images, furniture you're considering or floor plans.

  • Quite a bit! Clients are often surprised by how much ground we can cover in just one hour and leave the consultation feeling inspired, energized and confident in the next steps.

  • Of course! Many clients schedule follow-ups as their projects evolve. If you’re looking for ongoing support, be sure to explore our broader service offerings as well.
